On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to announce that the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce has appointed Angela Kubisky (Certified Chamber Executive, U.S. Chamber of Commerce) as its new Executive Director.
Angela brings over 20 years of leadership experience working with chambers of commerce and has built a distinguished career in business development, membership growth, and community engagement. For a decade, she served as Executive Vice President of Membership & Marketing at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, where she collaborated with businesses of every size — from small and mid-sized companies to major corporate members including Bayer, PwC, and others. She is especially proud of her work supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them raise visibility, expand networks, and access resources to grow. Her leadership helped expand partnerships, drive growth, and nearly double membership during her tenure.
In addition to her chamber leadership roles, Angela has served as Vice President of Membership, Marketing & Training at Garden Savings Federal Credit Union, founded Attention on Retention (a consultancy supporting chambers and associations), and co-founded Johnny’s Wood Works, a small business she operates with her husband. This blend of entrepreneurial and chamber experience gives her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities our members face.
Angela shares:
“What drives me is helping businesses and people thrive. I look forward to bringing that energy to the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce and partnering with our members to create new growth opportunities.”
We are thrilled to welcome Angela and are confident her leadership will guide our Chamber into an exciting new chapter. Her first official event will be Coffee with the Chamber on Friday, September 19, and I encourage you to join us in giving her a warm welcome.
Finally, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, our members. Your commitment strengthens the Chamber, and we are excited to continue serving you with Angela at the helm.
Warmly,
Ana Meyer
President
Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce
