A letter from The Chamber President
As I look back at 2021 and look forward into 2022, I am pleased to see how far we have come from the stressful early months of the year and am so pleased to see how much we have grown as Chamber this year. I look forward to the continual growth and collaboration between the businesses in our Millburn Short Hills community. When I think about the adversities this community has faced with IDA and with COVID-19, I am reminded of how resilient and how special the people and businesses are here.

As someone who works locally and has built a career on a community foundation, I believe that membership in the Chamber is an important part of my success. In my current role as Vice President of mortgage lending, I am faced everyday with making decisions that will impact families, businesses, and communities. I understand the importance of building and nurturing these community relationships. The Chamber acts as a liaison between the businesses and the community. It is there to support businesses of all industries and sizes. We provide opportunities for business owners to network, collaborate and learn from each other. In today’s fast paced environment, it is critical to take time out to make these face-to-face connections.

The Chamber will continue to work and partner with all stakeholders in the community to increase engagement with our local business, finding ways to support in-person and other strategic opportunities to increase their presence. I look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events soon.
Yours truly,
Jimmy Joseph
Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce President
