Angela Kubisky

Executive Director
As Executive Director of the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce, Angela Kubisky brings more than 25 years of experience in chamber management, membership development, and community engagement. She leads the Chamber part-time (about 25–30 hours per week), strengthening programs, outreach, and connections among local businesses.
From 2009 to 2019, Angela served as Executive Vice President of Membership & Marketing at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, following a decade of volunteer leadership there. During her tenure, she pioneered the Women in Business program and guided it into one of the Chamber’s signature offerings, while advancing member engagement, retention, and sponsorship growth.
Angela’s passion for chambers evolved into a consulting practice, Attention on Retention, where she has trained and coached chamber and association professionals nationwide on membership growth and retention strategies. She is certified by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and remains active in the profession through ACCE (Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives). To stay current on statewide issues and best practices, she participates in the New Jersey State Chamber’s bi-weekly briefings and engages in ongoing programs at the U.S. Chamber.
Guided by a simple belief—that strong relationships are at the heart of every thriving community—Angela leads with collaboration, creativity, and care for the people behind every business.
Outside of work, Angela is an avid hiker and camper—and the founder of the Finish Line Hiking Group, where she encourages others to enjoy nature and celebrate personal growth one trail at a time. She and her husband of 25 years share their home—and plenty of adventures—with their two Goldendoodles, GiGi and Lola.
